Her dedication to uplifting others has opened countless doors for herself, her mentees, and anyone fortunate enough to spend even a few minutes with her. Her moto is “If I can help somebody along the way than my living shall not be in vain.”
Kwanza is a certified etiquette consultant and the owner of Defining Moments, School of Etiquette. With a deep passion for helping individuals of all ages navigate social and professional environments with grace, Kwanza and her team are dedicated to equipping children and adults with the skills to properly conduct themselves across various cultures. Their services emphasize the importance of being a lady or gentleman in every aspect of life, focusing on table etiquette and protocols, effective communication, business etiquette and so much more.
Driven by a vision to give back to the community and honor her family’s legacy, Kwanza founded the Briddell Family Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization where she serves as Co-Founder and CEO. The foundation is committed to strengthening communities through humanitarian efforts, benevolence, education, and scholarship programs.

In addition to her humanitarian work, Kwanza is also the owner of Glammed Events and Décor, where she has channeled her 30 years of experience as a full service event planner and decorator renowned for its exceptional services. Kwanza’s contributions have been acknowledged by various organizations and her impact is recognized both locally and internationally. She is an active member of her church. But, when she’s not focused on her businesses or nonprofit work, Kwanza dedicates her time reading, traveling with family and to community service.
